Two goals in as many minutes was enough to secure Slovakia a vital home win against neighbours Poland and claim top spot in Group 3. Of course, we are not even at the half-way point in this world cup qualifying campaign and Slovakia still have to play the Czechs, home and away. I have a gut feeling that Slovakia will have to beat their old bogey team, in at least one of those games, if they want to be certain of qualification. Despite the fact that the Czechs are not firing on all cylinders at the moment, it will be a tough task.
